What we collect, and what we do with it.
This is a short page because we collect very little. If anything here is unclear, email us and ask — that is a faster route to an answer than a longer policy would be.

Who we are
Feduci provides short-term rental revenue management services in Cyprus. For anything on this page, the person responsible is Elias Kazazis, reachable at elias@feduci.com.
What the forms collect
The two forms on this site ask for your name and email address, and optionally a phone number, a listing link or town, and whatever you write in the message box. There are no other fields, hidden or otherwise.
We ask for these because we cannot prepare for a call or reply to an enquiry without them. That is the only reason.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, and to prepare the review we discuss on the call. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
We will not add you to a mailing list off the back of a form submission. If we ever start sending anything periodic, it will be because you asked for it separately.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this website, and land in our email. Both hold the data on servers that may be outside Cyprus, including in the United States, under the standard contractual protections those providers operate.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, for as long as we work together and for the period afterwards that our accounting and tax obligations require.
If you do not, we keep the enquiry for up to two years in case you come back to us, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email us and we will action it — there is no form to fill in and we will not ask you why.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle that, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no third-party analytics script running on it. That is also why there is no cookie banner — we have nothing to ask you to consent to.
The fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a third party.
